- Support messages: the content of the questions and complaints you send us by email or on WhatsApp.
We do not store your UPI PIN, card CVV or bank login. Those stay with your payment app and your bank.

Every piece of data we hold has a purpose tied to your account or the safety of the platform.
- Run your account, verify your identity and keep you signed in.
- Process UPI deposits and withdrawals through Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm, and match each payment to your balance.
- Price markets and show you accurate cricket, kabaddi, football and tennis odds.
- Detect and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and payment abuse.
- Comply with 18+ age rules and other legal duties that apply to us in India.
- Improve the platform by studying which features and markets players use most.
- Respond to your questions on WhatsApp support and by email.
We do not use your data to make automated decisions that carry legal weight without a person reviewing them.
Cookies and Tracking

We will never ask for your UPI PIN or a one-time password (OTP) by phone, email or WhatsApp. Anyone who does is not from Betguru. Please report that message to us and never share those codes.

We keep your data only as long as we need it to run your account and meet our legal duties. Active account data stays while your account is open.
When you close your account, we remove or anonymise your data once no legal or financial reason remains to keep it. Transaction records may be held longer where tax and anti-fraud rules require it.
Your Rights
You have clear rights over the data we hold about you.
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold on you.
- Correction: ask us to fix details that are wrong or out of date.
- Deletion: ask us to erase your data where no legal duty requires us to keep it.
- Opt-out: tell us to stop sending marketing messages at any time.

Children and Age Restriction
Betguru is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we learn that a minor has created an account or given us data, we close the account and delete that data. If you believe a minor is using Betguru, please contact us so we can act.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our service, our suppliers or the law change. When we make a material change, we update the date at the top of this page and, where needed, tell you inside your account.
