1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Betguru. By creating an account, placing a bet, or using any part of our platform, you accept every rule set out below.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using Betguru. Continued use after a change goes live counts as your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or place a bet with us. We may ask for proof of age at any time and will freeze accounts we cannot verify.

You must also be legally permitted to bet in your state or jurisdiction. Betting laws differ across India, and it is your responsibility to confirm that online betting is allowed where you live before you deposit.

We allow one account per person. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened for someone else, and accounts created to dodge a restriction will be closed. Any balance linked to a banned duplicate may be withheld.

3. Account Registration and Security

Give accurate, current details when you sign up. Your name, date of birth, phone number, and payment identity must match your real records so we can pay you without delay.

Keep your password safe and use one you do not reuse elsewhere. You are responsible for every action taken through your account, whether or not you approved it.

We will never ask for your UPI PIN or an OTP. Do not share these with anyone claiming to be from Betguru. If you notice login activity you do not recognise, change your password and tell us at once.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All balances are held in Indian rupees (₹). You can add funds through UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, IMPS, and net banking. Minimum and maximum limits are shown on the deposit screen.

Before your first withdrawal, we verify your identity and your payment method. This protects your money and helps us meet our checks against fraud and money laundering.

We aim to process approved withdrawals the same day. Some payouts take longer when a bank delays a transfer or when extra verification is needed. We withdraw only to an account that belongs to you.

Deposit only what belongs to you and only what you can afford to lose. We may reverse a transaction that shows signs of fraud or a payment dispute.

5. Betting Rules

Your bet is confirmed at the odds shown when you press place. If those odds shift before confirmation, we ask you to accept the new price. A confirmed bet cannot be edited or cancelled by you.

Markets may suspend during in-play moments, such as a wicket, a goal, or a break in play. Bets struck during a suspension or on an obvious pricing error may be voided and your stake returned.

We settle bets on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or organiser. If an event is abandoned, postponed beyond our published window, or its result is later corrected, we settle or void according to the rules for that market.

Where a bet is voided, your stake goes back to your balance. Winnings paid on a bet that is later voided may be reclaimed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Each bonus or promotion carries its own terms, shown alongside the offer. By claiming it, you accept those terms as well as this page.

Bonuses often come with wagering conditions, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible markets. A bonus balance and any winnings from it may be removed if you break these conditions.

We may amend, pause, or withdraw a promotion at any time, especially where we see abuse. Bonuses are for genuine play, not for gaming the offer through linked accounts or risk-free arbitrage.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

We run Betguru on trust and expect the same from you. Fraud, chargeback abuse, and the use of stolen payment details are strictly banned.

You may not collude with other users, share inside information, use bots or automated software, or exploit a bug in our odds or settlement. You may not open multiple accounts to claim offers or dodge limits.

If we find prohibited conduct, we may void the related bets, hold the affected funds, close the account, and report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, fails verification, or shows signs of fraud or harmful play. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why.

You can close your account at any time. Contact support, settle any open bets, and withdraw your remaining verified balance. We keep certain records after closure to meet our legal duties.

Suspension does not erase a debt or an obligation created before it. Funds tied to an unresolved investigation stay held until the review is complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

Betguru is provided on an as is and as available basis. We work to keep odds accurate and the platform online, but we do not promise the service will be free of errors or interruptions.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity, or missed bets caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for problems with your network, device, bank, or a third-party payment service. A dropped connection during in-play does not entitle you to a refund on a confirmed bet.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Betguru name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software are ours or licensed to us. They are protected by law.

You may use the platform for your own betting. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or reproduce our content, or use our branding, without written permission from us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute connected to Betguru will be handled under applicable Indian law.

Where a dispute reaches a court, it falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to raise concerns with our support team first, so we can try to settle matters directly.

12. Changes to These Terms and Contact

We update these terms from time to time to reflect new features, payment methods, or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when we last made a change.

When a change is significant, we will flag it on the platform. Your continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
